Notre Histoire

Don Roberto a été créé en 2009 à Graz, en Autriche, par Roberto lui-même, passionné de cuisine authentique et de partage. C’est naturellement son prénom qui a donné naissance au nom de la pizzeria, devenue au fil des années une véritable aventure familiale.

En 2020, Erik Shaldjyan reprend Don Roberto à Nice aux côtés de sa maman, avec l’envie de continuer à développer une cuisine sincère, généreuse et faite maison. Aujourd’hui encore, la maison reste fidèle à ses valeurs : authenticité, qualité et convivialité.
